 Coaching

Take advantage of the opportunity to discuss your situation with a professional coach  and let yourself be accompanied on your way.

An increasing number of managers and top executives are reflecting on and optimising their behaviour and strategies with the support of a coach, who is on hand when the workload is heavy and during periods of reorganisation.
Often it makes sense to undergo some coaching - for example, when important discussions and presentations are looming; when you want to manage new challenges in your career; when you would like to resolve complex, annoying relationships with employees, clients, colleagues and superiors; also when you are experiencing self-doubt and apprehension or find yourself in difficult situations.

A professional coaching supports you, will encourage self-reflection, helps you to establish clear, measurable goals and gives you the tools to achieve these. Working within a safe framework of trust, you will have the opportunity to gain new experiences, get to know yourself better, overcome weaknesses and enhance strengths. Not only will you sharpen your perception of yourself and others, you will also simultaneously learn how to broaden your range of behaviour and change old thought patterns and modes of behaviour.

Starting out from your current professional or personal concerns, I will support you in finding possible solutions and developing and using your individual potential so that, in future, you can manage your duties and challenges successfully and with more enjoyment and ease.

Coaching process

Initially, I will offer you a meeting, without obligation, so that we can get to know one another. If the “chemistry” is right and we have established a mutual trust, we can begin: you clarify your requests and define your goals. Next, we work out possible pathways and strategies to achieve your goals. If necessary, you will be given tools, methods and know-how and I will mentor you whilst you implement this newly acquired knowledge. In partnership, we will check and optimise the results.

Coaching Tools and Methods

Various methods can be used to suit your particular concerns and situation:

Solution focused brief consulting
This method relies on the solution- and resource-orientated, tangible questions via which you, as the person being coached, can develop new perspectives and approaches. It is based on the assumption that every person is his or her own expert at finding the best solution for their problem.

Role play
You reconstruct work situations and adopt various roles and perspectives in order to analyse, modify and practise your and other’s way of behaving. You can try out different ways of acting and reacting in a safe environment.

Mental techniques
You are given techniques for self-coaching and restoring yourself to a good state. You acquire tools for enhancing your powers of concentration, perception and performance. You gain insight into your thought structures and how you can consciously change them.

Systemic coaching
This involves analysing the influential factors affecting a situation. In doing so, you investigate how you can exert influence from your perspective in order to change the structures of conditionality. If required, you can use the systemic constellation to test which kinds of intervention have which effects on the system and the situation.

Business Constellation
The individual elements or participants of an issue are presented symbolically or visually and set up so that strategies can be simulated and tested for their effectiveness. This systemic reconstruction helps you to uncover hidden information, develop a particular kind of foresight and thus recognise clearly the consequences your decision or change of behaviour will have.

Working with internal personality traits / inner parts
You get to know your internal, often contradictory, emotional tendencies and how to control them. You discover how, in certain situations, you unconsciously create your own blockages and how you can avoid or dispel these. You experience the benefits of connecting with your own conscious or unconscious traits.
